Modernist Collection by Scott Mitchell Set (jersey & bib shorts)

In association with Scott Mitchell the Modernist is designed for Spring/Summer/Autumn riding. The jersey is made from 150g honeycomb performance fabric VB/Pro-VR2 an exclusive high tech performance nylon, developed with a honeycomb fabric construction that excels on the road. The Modernist three-season jersey promise to perform exceptionally under warm conditions, thanks to the fabrics ease of movement and impressive wicking capabilities. Designed and made in Leicestershire, the jerseys are designed for optimum performance when the mercury rises.

Sophisticated in style and impressive in its performance, the Modernist is a high performance jersey with serious attitude. Benefitting from a standard race fit, this lightweight jersey promises impressive movement on the bike, while also being incredibly lightweight and luxurious. This full-length zip jersey also features superlight Vélobici Jacquard detailing to the side panels and underarm for added ventilation. The Modernist look is completed with Scott’s classic eye for detail with embroidered Modernist and VB logos to the chest, and the famous Roundel sleeve embroidery. Vélobici’s recognisable reflective binding to the rear pocket and hem. The use of performance nylon, over polyester, keeps this four-pocket jersey (one zipped and waterproof) durable ride after ride, while delivering better moisture wicking and odour resistance.

The Modernist bib shorts feature the new state of the art bioceramic VB Pad, constructed using Foam Carving Technology that removes any unnecessary foam from the sides, and avoids any aggressive step between different foam densities. Special attention is given to the crotch area, the latest technology allows increased blood flow around the male anatomy that can decrease the sense of fatigue. Wave Body Contour Technology gives you comfort however long you re in the saddle. The pads are then covered with the latest bioceramic anti bacterial fabric that is made using clay minerals, the minerals help reflect F.I.R infrared rays emitted by the human body providing the rider with better oxygenation, freshness and thermoregulation, it increases the flow of blood and reduces negative effects caused by intense exertion. The Modernist bibs are manufactured with flat lock seams throughout, they have a low cut front to make it easier to take that natural break, and super soft seamless silicone grippers to keep everything in place. They feature the Roundel and VB thigh logo’s and Modernist beautifully emroidered on the back side. Care instructions are printed on the super light back panel that aids heat dispersal and to avoid any discomfort caused by rubbing internal sewn in care labels.

All Vélobici clothing is 100% designed and manufactured in England. VB/Pro VR1-2 fabric is produced in Nottingham and the garments are made in Leicestershire.
